Julia Donalson’s book ‘The Paper Dolls’ has quickly become one of my daughters favourite bedtime story books. For those of you who haven’t read it, it is a beautiful story about a little girl who makes some paper dolls with her mum. The paper dolls go on an adventure and when they get broken, they go into the little girl’s memory.

I was keen to find an activity that I could do around the book and came across this great site which offered a free printable to make your own paper dolls. Click here to get this download for yourself.

Both my children have had so much fun colouring in their paper dolls, cutting them out then playing with them. My daughter in particular has made quite a few and plays with them all together.

If you want to buy this book you can find it here

Have fun!
