The ultimate winter light festival is set to welcome the family of loveable, pink, mouse-like creatures to London for the first time ever, inviting guests to ‘Feel the magic of Christmas’ at Lightopia 2022

For the first time ever, the award-winning Lightopia Festival will host an installation with much-loved BAFTA-winning heritage pre-school brand Clangers at Crystal Palace Park this winter!
Lightopia is incredibly excited to host the magical family from the top rated CBeebies show, featuring the lovable, pink, mouse-like creatures who communicate in whistles and live out in space on their Little Blue Planet.
The neon winter wonderland will showcase an immersive, multi-sensory interactive light installation for all the family to enjoy, as the award-winning winter light festival returns to Crystal Palace Park this winter.
The iconic family, Mother, Major, Tiny, Small and Granny Clanger, plus their friends the Soup Dragon and Iron Chicken will all appear in this glorious installation. Families will be able to see the iconic, kind-hearted characters, and their infamous friends at the spectacular, reimagined neon-lit Clangers planet.
Bigger and brighter than ever this year, Lightopia will not only showcase immersive, multi-sensory interactive light and lantern installations but will also feature a spectacular 40-metre-wide and 15-metre-tall water show featuring the beloved Christmas imagery of a giant Santa, Rudolf, Christmas tree and snowflakes ready to transport you to a fantastical Christmas experience like no other!
Bursting with intense colour, discovery and festive spirit, this immersive lantern and light show will once again create magical family memories and will be a must-see for all the family this festive season.

Standard advance tickets are priced at £19.50 off peak and £24.50 peak for adults, £13 off peak and £16.50 peak for children, and £59 off peak and £75 peak for families of two adults and two children or one adult and three children. Children under three can go free. Essential carers of disabled visitors can attend for free; the disabled visitor pays the normal admission fee.
