Discover Gigantic Jupiter this Half Term

Take a ‘pioneering’ visit to the largest gas giant this half term thanks to the Mission Commanders at the award-winning National Space Centre.

Did you know that the gas giant Jupiter has a mass more than two and a half times that of all the other planets in the Solar System combined?

Head along to the National Space Centre from 27 May to 04 June and join their Discovery team to find out more about space missions to Jupiter and its moons.

Find out about future planned exploration of the gas giant and what we already know about the largest planet in our solar system and its orbiting moons.

Join the team for a hands-on half term of discovery where you can take part in our drop-in activities such as: creating your own Jupiter artwork, finding out more about this giant planet in the Jupiter Travel Agency and making your own model of the JUICE spacecraft, the European Space Agencies mission to Jupiter which launched in April 2023, in one of the drop-in sessions.

As the National Space Centre is still offering a limited number of tickets each day, buying in advance is the only way to guarantee entry (you also get a cheaper ticket AND an automatic upgrade to a FREE Annual Pass!)
