Dreaming of a Wild Christmas

This festive season The Wildlife Trusts are offering a gorgeous range of gifts and wildlife-themed goodies for those looking to make greener choices this Christmas. A page of inspiring ideas can be found here. Buyers of beaver jumpers, animal themed tee shirts and birdfeeders will support The Wildlife Trusts' work to help nature recover across the UK.

The Wildlife Trusts’ marketing officer, Abbie Hargreaves, says:

“Christmas isn’t Christmas without a festive beaver jumper! Over recent years beavers have been the ‘comeback kids’ of the natural world, with successful releases taking place at Wildlife Trust nature reserves across the UK. These success stories give us hope that nature can recover, and The Wildlife Trusts are working hard to ensure it does.

“Funds raised by these wildlife gifts will help us towards our ambitious 30 by 30 goal – restoring and protecting 30% of UK land and seas for nature by 2030. The struggles of the last few years have renewed our connection to the natural world, and we hope this will lead to greener choices this Christmas.”
