We Tried Bounce South West at Greendale Farm Shop – And It Was Brilliant!
We’ve officially kicked off the summer holidays with a trip to Greendale Farm Shop, and the Bounce South West inflatables were so much fun! I’d seen it all over Instagram and was curious to see if it lived up to the hype — spoiler: it really did.
We booked a 90-minute session (you can pre-book online for £12.95 per child), and I honestly thought it might feel like too long… but my two didn’t want to leave! There’s so much more here than just a bouncy castle — think slides, obstacle courses, climbing walls, and even a huge drop slide that I (somehow!) ended up going down myself. Full boiler suits and everything. Let’s just say my 8-year-old handled it far better than I did…
What I loved most was how relaxed the whole setup felt. The team were brilliant — present and safety-conscious without constantly telling kids off, which made a big difference to the atmosphere. We could actually enjoy ourselves without the usual ‘don’t do that’ being shouted every five minutes!
Top tip: Don’t forget socks (they’re compulsory), and maybe bring a drink — 90 minutes of bouncing is thirsty work.
