Gift ideas for 5 year old girls
We are in full birthday party season in our house, with our little girl lucky enough to be invited to some of her school friends birthday parties.
Choosing gifts for other children that you don’t really know can be tricky, I find it really difficult choosing a gift that is a reasonable price, which the child can actually use instead of just giving a plastic toy for the sake of giving a gift. so I have put together a list of some of my go to gifts for 5 years old girls.
Gift ideas for 5 year old girls
Scratch art is at the top of my list for gifts at the moment, mainly because my own children love it so much! We take it everywhere - out to restaurants, on car journeys and we have it out at home a lot as well. All you need is the scratch art paper and the wooden pencil and it creates hours of creative fun!
Price – Varying – generally between £5-£10

This is another gift that I received for my daughter and that she carries everywhere with her. It is a compact case that contains colouring pens, pencils, rubber, pencil sharpener and post it notes. This is another great item that’s great to use when out and about or travelling.
Price – Between £15-£20

Pop Bead are a DIY Jewellery making kit, that is perfect for younger children. The kits generally come with some staple items like rings, hair bands and bracelets that have space for you to pop beads onto to make different designs. When you have finished with one of your creations you simply take them apart ready to make another one.

4. Hair Bobbles
My little girl seems to go through so many hair bobbles! I just don't know where they all go, but each day I send her into school with her hair up in a lovely style and inevitably she comes home every day with no hair bands in with wild hair! My daughter loves getting new hair bands and we actually bought this set for her recently. My little one loves all the colours and wears about half of them on her wrists like bracelets, so she can chop and change the colours throughout the day. This set is a great price and you know they will get lots of use.
Price - £5.99

5. Bath Bombs
Bath bombs are a great option as they are something that the children will have great fun using! You can spend as much or as little on them as you like and you can often pick them up at your local supermarket if you are pushed for time.
So there are a few ideas from me, I really hope they are useful for you. If you have any other great gift ideas or even a gift experience, please let us know in the comments section below.
