We've heard that holidays are often difficult for families of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, and you’ve said that more information is needed about the choices available for support. We’ve taken this on board and are pleased to say that there are lots of activities available still this summer, thanks to the small grants scheme.

Our small grants scheme enables organisations to apply for grants of up to £5,000 to help them offer activities during the holidays (and at other times too). You can find out more about all of the activities still available on the Devon Children and Families Partnership website.

This offer has been created in partnership with the Parent Carer Forum Devon, and we hope this will make a difference for you.
