With Christmas fast approaching I have spent the last few days researching all kinds of gifts that I would like to buy for friends and family, I bet most of you have too.

One of my biggest pet peeves is wasting money on gifts just for the sake of buying something, so I really try to research what I'm getting and love getting things that are a bit out of the box. Luckily for me, I have met some amazing mums on the school run who work really hard raising children while running their businesses and coming up with clever products to help make parenting life that bit easier.  I have also met some lovely people through our social media channels and have discovered some fantastic products that are created with lots of talent and love.

Getting into the festive spirit I wanted to share some of my finds with you all. So here are some of my top Christmas Gifts this year.

If you know someone due a baby this year or are maybe struggling to think of what to get your family members, I'm sure they will be delighted with this thoughtful gift.

Yoto card storage key rings

Have you heard about the Yoto Player? It's this fantastic little device that's changing the way our kids experience stories and music – all without a screen in sight. Lots of my friends already have them and I'm sure they are on Christmas lists all over the Country!

Now, while I love the idea of this product, I can instantly see all the cards I buy strewn across the floor, getting bent or lost! My friend also had this concern, but she loved the Yoto player so much that she created these Yoto card storage keyrings.

Each coloured wire contains a selection of little sticky tabs that you stick onto your Yoto cards. Perfect for little hands to find easily and also a great travel solution to prevent cards from going missing.

For next level organisation Michelle has also created a Yoto mini storage pegboard and Card Storage keyrings

Personalised gifts from GiftsinaJiffy

I came across GiftsinaJiffy on Instagram and instantly fell in love with their products. I wanted a personalised chopping board for The Parenting Daily, so I could present anything I had made nicely. I contacted Megan over Instagram and she was so helpful. I was able to explain exactly what I wanted and they created my board really quickly.

With Christmas in mind, GiftsinaJiffy has just launched its festive range. They have a really lovely selection, with gifts for the whole family that will last year after year. The quality of these gifts are fantastic and they will make Christmas that extra bit special.

You can see their full list of products here.  Below are some of my favourites.

Abbeyheadcrafts on Etsy

We are looking at redoing our children's bedrooms in the new year, so I have been looking at room decor my children will love. I came across Abbeyheadcrafts on Etsy and my daughter and I love her personalised designs. I have ordered this beautiful name sign with light for my daughter for Christmas and it is so pretty!

picture of personalised gift from Abbeyheadcrafts Some people might think it's a bit odd getting their children this kind of thing for Christmas, but I guarantee that a gift like this will last much longer than some of the toys you may be thinking of getting, which don't end up getting played with that much. My children are 8 and 7 now and are spending much more time in their bedrooms, so they need to have a nice space that they enjoy being in. I often find that my children appreciate things like this much more when they are given as gifts too.

Abbeyheadcrafts do some really lovely gifts, so it's well worth having a look at their Etsy shop

So there you go, those are my top picks for out of the box gifts this Christmas. I am not being paid or endorsed for promoting any of these products, they are genuine people I know or products I have bought myself.

If you are looking for some more gift inspiration for Christmas you can check out the review section of my website, to see other products I have used and loved.

Happy gift hunting
