St Helen’s Farm announces exciting creative competition
St Helen’s Farm, the UK’s largest goat’s milk producer, has partnered up with The Works, the UK’s leading family friendly retailer, to announce the launch of their nature-themed competition, and support parents in entertaining their children during the summer holidays.
Designed to inspire creativity and celebrate the artistic talents of young minds, this initiative aims for families to observe and depict the beauty of the natural world, fostering both artistic skills and environmental awareness.
Open to children aged 5-8 years old and ages 9-12 years old, this competition provides a wonderful opportunity for budding artists to showcase their skills. Whether it is a picture, photo, collage or a painting masterpiece, each age category has the chance to win a £100 voucher for The Works to treat themselves to some fun arts and crafts goodies, books or games.
Katy Gray, Head of Marketing at St Helen’s Farm, said, “We chose to team up with The Works as they’re not only the UK’s go-to place for reading, learning, creativity, and play, but it also supports our ambition in helping our future generation express themselves whilst exploring the joy of art.
“In an increasingly digital age, encouraging children to get to know the nature around them opens their minds, and this competition is a fantastic way for our junior consumers to engage with the world around them and gain recognition for their artistic efforts. We are excited to see the amazing talent and passion of the UK’s young artists.”
In order to apply, people need to head to the St Helen’s Farm website here and fill out the entry form alongside their artwork submission. The deadline for applications is 16th September 2024, and the winners will be announced at the end of September 2024.
