Coconut Twist Overnight Oats (Dairy-free)

 

Serves: x2

Prep: 5 minutes

Cook: 0 minutes

Age: from 7 months

Suitable for the whole family, including members who are dairy-free and egg-free.

 

Ingredients:

20g oats

80g coconut drinking milk

30g grated apple

1x Ella’s Kitchen Mangoes Mangoes Mangoes pouch

 

Top tip: try a grated pear instead of apple for a flavour twist, and use ginger or nutmeg instead of cinnamon

 

Method:

  1. Remove the skin of the apple + finely grate
  2. Place grated apple in a bowl + add 1 teaspoon of water
  3. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute + leave to cool
  4. Once cooled add oats, coconut milk + cinnamon to the bowl
  5. Blend until slightly textured but not lumpy
  6. Cover bowl + leave in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours
  7. Top with your Ella’s Kitchen Mangoes Mangoes Mangoes pouch
  8. Refrigerate and use within 24 hours
