Spending just one hour on batch prep can save you up to an hour a day during the week, as well as stopping you reaching for expensive and unhealthy options in a rush. 7. Create a Family Command Centre

Stick a planner or magnetic whiteboard in the kitchen. Add hooks for bags, name labels for drawers, and a cereal station. Let kids (and partners!!) take charge of their own bits—within reason. You don’t have to do it all for them!
