New baby sleep podcast launches for parents

New podcast, 'The Baby Sleep Sessions' launches to help parents get a better night sleep

Whether it's down to frequent night wakings or taking hours to drift off, many parents struggle to help their little ones sleep soundly. Holistic sleep coach Emily Whalley has teamed up with Molly Morgan, a Maternity Nurse, and Nanny to answer as many of parents' burning questions about their little ones' sleep, such as: What’s normal? How can I move away from co-sleeping? How can I help my baby with reflux? And so much more with their new parenting podcast, 'The Baby Sleep Sessions,' which is now available to listen to on Spotify and Apple podcasts.

After working with many parents 121 to improve their children's sleep, Emily is experienced in helping families understand and solve the root cause of their child’s sleep challenges. Unlike some sleep experts, Emily looks at sleep problems from a holistic perspective-from digestive issues to oral dysfunction, all of these play a part in how soundly children sleep. Emily works with families to tackle the root cause.

Between them, Molly and Emily are Qualified Holistic Sleep Coaches, Infant Feeding Specialists, Maternity Nurse, and, of course, Mothers! Each episode sees them interview previous clients they've worked with and real families on their sleep challenges, to help you listen along, realise you're not alone, and help you overcome them too.
